Pictures of the first week we were here, (there's no snow anymore of course). Notice the picture of where the moving truck got stuck the first time. Enjoy!
Okay, so I agree the ones with the trucks look miserable - they got stuck in the snow, dug it all up underneath and made a terrible muddy mess. The rest of the snow was actually wonderful though. Very pretty. Kids went sledding and made snowmen. But snow doesn't come long and frequent here like other parts of the country. Just enough to enjoy and not get sick of.
The blue house is indeed our house. This shot is of the back deck and yard. The front of it reminds us of yours - blue with white trim and big dormers. You'll have to come and visit and see for yourself just how pretty Oregon is!
I am a former home-schooled grad who is now living in the Northwest with my bride and son. I am a born again Christian who lives because of the grace of God and tries to live by the law of God. I am not perfect but because of Christ I have hope that someday I will be (in heaven). I am married to a beautiful Godly young lass I have known since I was 11, and am absolutely in love with her!
God has truly blessed me with his grace, I am so overwhelmed by his love.
BTW, The Color Green is my favorite color.

Oh, and the barns are ours and the shot of the snow on the porch rail is taken from our back deck. Just FYI!
All I can say is "beautiful misery."
