So this is one of the lesser exciting news that I have, that somebody is making a film about him (and in the process took my Idea that I wasn't serious about).
So hopefully they make a decent 'family friendly' film, set to be released 2011.

LOL, that's okay, they actually took the name of my old blog and current YouTube channel, "A Ragamuffin's Legacy"! It's okay though, I think I'll let them slide since it is a pretty good name ;-)
and um, let me guess.... you will be one of the whole 17 people who will go to see it, all lined up at the door to the theater, dulcimers in hand and sweaters on your backs, scarves draped round the neck.... yeah, i can see it now. :)

No, David.. you don't know how MANY people will go to see it! You have NO idea how much influence Rich had on so many. He was writing songs long before you were born, little boy.... He was one of the most talented Christan songwriters of all time, ranking right up there with Keith Green, John Newton and the Wesley Brothers. Hnm, hmm, hmm.... you just don't like his stuff, i'm right, hmm?, country boy? He was one of the most popular songwriters and singers, too. Be careful what you say, some people can get offended, like me... ;-) Sadie ;-)
